Neil has a 20 year career in organisation and people development.

His passion is improving the performance of organisations while developing people and great places to work through effective leadership. This passion is demonstrated in MODAL being a place where ‘we practice what we preach’.
Neil’s experience in the organisation development field started with a sport and recreation community development focus and grew into working with various industries and organisations to improve performance through people.

This includes working in the mining, oil & gas, financial, manufacturing, engineering and construction, transport & logistics industries. Customers include:
