Gareth Davies

With experience in film production, retail and running his own business, Gareth brings a real understanding of the challenges faced by organisations of all sizes to set and achieve their development goals.

As a Predictive Insight consultant, Gareth has worked with a number of clients in reaching their goals, restructuring, managing change and enhancing their capacity to deliver their business plan. In addition, he has also worked within a large telecommunications organisation, using PI® to effect change and manage results,
gaining valuable experience of the process from the client’s perspective.

With PI, CFS and SSAT accreditation, Gareth is a passionate and engaging trainer who inspires and guides people to getting the maximum benefit from these methodologies.

Gareth lives in Auckland, New Zealand where he tries to get as much surf time as work, his wife, studying and two busy children allow.
