PI Management / Analyst Accreditation Workshop
The Predictive Index Management workshop is a 2-day management development program that builds your managers understanding of the work-related behaviour and motivating needs of the people in your organisation.
A critical element of the PI process is the education of key managers within your oganisation in the interpretation and use of Predictive Index data. In this workshop managers become skilled at working with all the elements of PI and gain insights into the many ways PI can be used to improve performance throughout their business.

This is not your typical ‘sales seminar’. In a highly interactive, adult learning format, Customer Focused Selling (CFS) provides all the core competencies needed for effective consultative selling – with special emphasis on the particular areas shown by the SSAT to need improvement.
It is training designed to be used every day, not memorised. For every skill taught, there’s an immediate application to a real-world business situation the participants are facing.
